Personal contact information will not be made public in anyway.
Why we need your information
We need to collect some personal information to allow us to deliver our charitable activities. We will only collect the minimum amount of information necessary to contact you if necessary, to provide a service to you, or to comply with our legal responsibilities.
Personal information may be collected and processed for the following purposes:-
Grant Applications, grant enquiries, evaluation reports and research we may undertake
It is likely that you will have to provide some personal information to us within an initial application or grant enquiry. If so, you are responsible for confirming you have the written agreement and permissions of any individuals identified in your application, to pass their information on to the Summerhill Foundation. We will only use this information for the purposes of assessing your application, answering your enquiries, managing or monitoring any grant awarded, related administration or research purposes.
How we process your information
We will only use personal information for grant making and research purposes. We will archive successful grant applications for up to seven years, but the information will be kept secured and updated if necessary.
Your personal information will not be shared with a third party unless you have previously been informed and given express consent, or it is required by law, such as with the HMRC or with the police for the detection or prevention of crime.
